The Blackberry (or Crackberry), is the smart phone of choice of business users, due to it's near perfect access to business email. The first Blackberry was introduced by RIM in 2002, and in the last few years, RIM has released several versions of the Blackberry targeted at casual users, expanding it's possible market substantially.
