Barack Obama, the 44th President of the United States, was the first to win an election using social media as part of his strategy. Nearly omnipresent on Facebook, Twitter and other social sites during the election, he, or his representatives, have all but gone silent, unfortunately. Hopefully we will see a recommitment by the president to use Social media to keep in touch with the common man.
